Let’s make sure it doesn’t pay to pollute in PA

We need to send a message loud and clear to polluters: it shouldn't pay to pollute in Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, because penalties for illegal air pollution haven't increased since the 1970s, it’s often cheaper for polluters to pay the fine than to stop breaking the law. State Rep. Austin Davis has introduced House Bill 1752 to increase these penalties for illegal air pollution for the first time in 50 years. Ask your state legislator to support this effort today.
