Protect our kids: Support the Philly Healthy Schools Initiative

Philadelphia schools are the places where our kids spend most of their waking hours, learning, achieving, and growing up to be productive citizens in society.

Unfortunately, they are plagued with environmental threats from absestos to asthma triggers like mold to potential lead exposure found in paint and in drinking water. In the last few months alone, Germantown’s JB Kelly Elementary was closed for a week due to a chronic mold outbreak and 20,000 square feet of mold were found in North Philadelphia’s Munoz-Marin Elementary School.

Tell Philadelphia Elected Officials our children deserve healthy schools to learn in.
