Tell DEP: No fracking waste plant on the Allegheny

A proposed fracking waste treatment plant along the Allegheny River in Potter County would process over 20,000 gallons of toxic waste and dump the "treated" water into the river. A recent study found treated drilling waste could amplify the radioactivity of the river 650 times. We can't put the Allegheny River and the drinking water for thousands at an unacceptable risk of radioactive pollution. Tell DEP to stop it.
