Tell the EPA: Protect our water from coal ash

Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OLEM-2017-0286

Dear EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt,

The current rule to protect water from spills of toxic coal ash were put into place after 5.4 million cubic yards of coal-ash sludge polluted the Emory River in Tennessee and damaged nearby homes and property. We cannot put our fishing streams and drinking water at risk of another such catastrophe by rolling back these protections. I urge you to ensure the protection of our water by keeping these protections intact.

Sincerely,
