Rein in Allegheny County’s Industrial Polluters

Dear Allegheny County Council,

Allegheny County is in the top 2% of counties nationwide for cancer risk from air pollution. It’s time we protect the health of local residents from the threat of air pollution

I applaud recent penalties against illegal polluters and urge you to continue the fight for clean air by making sure all polluters have up to date Clean Air Act permits, setting health-based emissions standards, and imposing meaningful penalties for violating those protections.
