Tell your legislator to limit global warming pollution in Pennsylvania

New legislation, Senator Costa’s Energy Innovation and Investment Act (Senate Bill 15), has been introduced in the state legislature to put a hard limit on global warming pollution in Pennsylvania. This proposal would make global warming polluters pay for their pollution, and generate money investment in renewable energy and energy conservation.
