The future of climate action in 2017: A discussion with Senator Casey

Despite 2016 being the hottest year on record, President-elect Trump’s EPA nominee Scott Pruitt has called the science “far from settled.” And the new administration has pledge to undo the Paris Agreement and reverse the EPA’s Clean Power Plan.

With the fate of the earth hanging in the balance, Senator Casey will join PennEnvironment and the Academy of Natural Sciences for a discussion on how we can defend the Clean Air Act and climate change from unprecedented attacks on climate science and clean energy.

Due to the enormous response for this event, we've closed registration.
